I found the staff to be real friendly and kind to the patients there. The staff knew each individual pretty well, they knew their favorite games to play, meals to eat, and were very informative on how to care for them. The patients seemed to know that they were in good hands because they were happy most of the time with the exception of a bad day here and there. The patients were friendly themselves, eager to meet new people and share a story or two. The facilities were well kept and very clean, I can't remember seeing anything out of place or messy, to me this was very important because what family member would want their loved ones in an unclean and unkept environment?
